Faculty Learning Community

Connect with other faculty to foster student success.

The Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is a network designed for faculty members among various disciplines to strengthen professional interaction and enhance pedagogical strategies in the classroom. The FLC is a space for faculty to connect with colleagues to share ideas, discuss teaching methods and increase an understanding of the low income and first generation college students’ experience.

The Online Faculty Learning Community (OFLC) is a component of the FLC run solely through Moodle. Over the series of eight three minute films, some CSUN’s most beloved faculty share their personal teaching strategies that have proved effective in their classrooms.
